We start by having a 2 hour consultation where we look at your brief and go through possible areas, this will give you a better understanding of your chosen areas and clarity around exactly what is important to you and some information you may not have thought about. We take all the information and start to search for properties that suit your brief, we attend open for inspections and call upon the many agents in each area to let them know what we are looking for, we provide you with recommendations and a detailed overview on each property giving you all of the information before wasting your Saturdays. Once you have shortlisted the properties, we will set up a time for you to view and take you through the pros and cons of the homes, this will allow you to make an educated decision on a suitable property. We will analyse the chosen property, provide you with all necessary due diligence findings and a full property assessment based on market analysis and many other factors. If you are happy to proceed, we will open the negotiations with the agents and work out the best strategy to secure the property for the right price. Once we have secured the property, we will take you through the steps to achieve a smooth transaction right through to settlement. There is no limit on time, or how many properties in this search, we will work hard until we find the right property for you.
