Hi, I’m Dean Radice, 

I have been in Real estate for over 20 years. Over that time, I personally have bought, sold and built hundreds of apartments and homes. I have managed the whole process from start to finish including the research of areas, feasibility, project management right through to selling the properties. Over the years I have honed my negotiating skills and worked out the best strategies to secure good quality properties without overpaying.

The real estate industry can be difficult to navigate, agents can be hard to deal with, there can be a lot of surprises along the way and the process can be very frustrating. I work with many investors, upsizers, downsizers and first-time buyers who look to me for advice when it comes to buying their properties.

They are concerned about things being hidden from them, agents not being honest and whether or not it is a good property decision. I am their buffer, someone on their side who has their best interest at heart, without the emotion.

I love the process of finding people a good property, in the best location, for the right price. I love doing the research on each property to find any hidden surprises that may cost you in the future, I know how agents work and over the many years of being a buyers agent in Sydney, I have developed good working relationships with Sydney's best selling agents. This gives me an advantage when it comes to off-market properties and an easier avenue to cut through the noise that comes with marketing a property.
